The tech support team will continue to be available throughout the holidays via our online helpdesk and telephone. New orders received during these dates will be processed as normal but may be subject to small delays due to reduced staff coverage.
Remember, customers are able to use the Client Portal to manage invoices, make payments, upgrade/downgrade services, administer domain names and submit new orders. We also have various self help resources available at the link below including step by step guides and FAQ articles.
